Hi Guys
I have a BEN timer/programmer and thermostat combined, great little gizmo, does it all.
Here's what i think maybe the problem, it's sited in one of the living rooms, now I always thought that the best place was in a hallway which is calculated to be the lowest tempreture. This living room has 4 rads all with TRV's and it's rarely used so to acheive a good temp in other rooms we have to heat this room as well, set the target temp too low and the rest of the house gets cold cos the boiler cuts, set it too high and it's a waste of energy.
Would it pay to replace the BEN timer with a wireless one and site it in the hallway?
