They look like a Mendip but only have one roll so may be a handmade clay pan tile like these....

Concur with data.r. Anglian. Probably one of the least friendly of the Marley con'c' interlocking tile range. Not one I'd rush to recommend.
Can you still get them ?
As far as I know - yes.
They just don't want to sit right until you have more tiles on the roof. Not nice to walk on either.
