Identify this door handle

Can anyone identify the handle type in need for this? I'm looking to change it to a satin handles painted the door. I've already tried a standard uPVC euro lock set but on removing the barrel is not euro type.

There is no standard; they come in a variety of sizes and styles. Dimension may help.

Probably an ERA Vectis but I think you'll struggle to find a satin one
