Identifying fuse in extractor fan above cooker

Hi,

Tiny little fuse gone in the fan (hood) above the cooker so says electrician. But he does not know where to get one or what it is.

Hood has no brand on it but came from B&Q 2-3 years ago and we think is Belling but not sure.

Not sure how to get a pic up so posted it here (last pic):

It looks like a PCB mounted fuse, they usually have the size written on one endcap. What does it say?
