identifying shower mixer

I'm planning to replace with the same(ish) model
Reasons are:
- the temperature control knob is falling apart - although just about works
- the shower temperature will now only get lukewarm (fault with thermostatic control?? although I thought this was a plain shower mixer)
- and yes, it's could do with a decent descaling (but thinking about replacing it anyway)
Any thoughts?
