Identifying water leaks

Apparently my water consumption is high even though live alone
What are the ways to check to see if there's a leakage somewhere please?
There are no leaking taps and the pipe sticking out from under the roof is not leaking either

Check toilets for running/seeping water, especially drop valve types. Try a piece of toilet roll on the back of the pan if it’s not visible.

Check your toilets to see if water is trickling into the pan from the cistern,which is often difficult to spot.

Turn off your internal stop tap and see if your water meter is moving.
