I can't believe that people are still voting Labour - they are the reason we are in the mess we are in - and you want more? FFS.

Many people, I'm afraid, can't see beyond the end of their noses. Either that or they are just a bit thick.

I'd very much like UKIP to get in but, unfortunately, our present voting system favours the two major parties. The Limp Dems were fortunate to form a minor part of the coalition this time but, apart from that, they haven't a chance.

I'm afraid, short of a sea change in the way people vote, the same will apply to UKIP. At the very least, though, they have already influenced how the party (parties) in power are working.

Similar things to UKIP have happened in the past, however. At the turn of the 20th century the Labour party came into being out of nothing and soon became one of the two major players. Perhaps UKIP might just repeat that event.

How encouraging! 76% of voters said UKIP (including myself).

If only that were reflected in the real polls.

they have virtually nill chance off getting in
That what they all said about Liberal Democrats have nil chance of getting in but they are in power with the Tory!

in a coalition the underdog gets a few off there non important policies through
Maybe but they are getting on the Tories nerves so could be a wake call if the next election don't want a coalition party in the future
