Ihave a celsia 24LE boiler problem

the problem is when i turn the hot taps on in the kitchen i get hot water. but when i turn them on upstairs the boiler kicks in for about 10 sec & then turns off = COLD WATER FROM A HOT TAP (OK IF YOU GOT SUN BURN)

so can someone please help me with this problem

Sounds like the hot water diaphragm them. The problem often shows up on the furthest away taps or shower 1st
