Ikea Whirlpool Dishwasher DWF416W green light flashing twice

I've had the dishwasher a while and it has worked perfectly! In the very cold weather the outlet froze (though I didn't know it) and when I ran the dishwasher it emptied but I think some of the yucky water backed up. Now when I try to run it the green strart light flashes twice and if I close the door there is a long beep and it doesn't start.
Can anyone help?

2 flashes - pause - 2 flashes indicates water on the bottom plate & the flood protection device has been activated. Lean the machine back slightly to see if any water runs out. Reset the machine by pressing the start button for min 5 secs & try a restart. If if happens again you need to track down the source of the leak.
