Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the capacity of an A83 imperial gas meter is? I've been told it'll probably be around 800 cu.ft/h but I could do with getting this confirmed. Have googled it but not turned anything useful up.

Can anyone help?

Cheers

Not the most useful of answers but usually the first number relates to the hundred of feet capacity.
An old 800 foot meter would be about 2 and a half foot square if that helps

If you look in the display window you should find the capacity of the meter in ft/3/hr - do not mistake the cyclic capcity - this is the volume of the case! I do not recognise the "A8" meter type though
