Importing e-mails & address book from OE6 to Zimbra

Can anybody help?

I'm trying to export stuff to Zimbra. I am exporting to Outlook & then saving to a stick & trying to import the stick on Zimbra, but it does not like the .pst extension.

Can anybody explain how to do this?

I'm also having trouble sending & receiving!

Not like I click the S/R button & error messages come up...nothing happens at all!

Hmmm.... it seems noone knows a great deal about Zimbra...
