Impossible shower valve

Hello,

So the shower hose is broken and it goes to this piece. Can you please advise which part in there should I remove and how? I can't unscrew it and so I can't connect the new hose I've bought.

You apply a spanner to the hexagon part, in your first photo, and turn it from the right, towards the left, to unscrew it.

Reassembly with a new hose, is the same process, but in reverse.

hi i have the same shower, and the piece that the hose goes into, that comes out of wall is broken. Does anyone know what brand this is or if i even need to go with the same brand to replace the part that sticks out of wall that shower hose attaches to?

Look for shower wall outlet normally have a 1/2 male thread that goes into female threaded convector in wall.
