Some DNO's use Double pole switches, an some use single pole as they wish to leave the neutral hard on.
Some DNO's allow any length of tail, some have a stipulation. If there is a stipulation, you need to fit a DP switch fuse (not just an iso), and this usually cannot go in meter box (again, depends on the dno).
