Indeset WIA121 water hammering noise

Hi guys..machine suddenly stopped before end of wash cycle with "no lights displayed"... drum has water in it and loud hammering noise ... presume from water solenoid valve ? also trying to fill. Turning off cold water to machine makes hammering noise much much less, turning the power off to machine makes hammering noise stop. Drum not moving
Any ideas on possible fault plse ?

EDIT: Pulsing voltages on both the solenoid plugs ( from PCB ) "in time with hammering noise" !
Looking like controller PCB fault ??
