Indesit 1000 WIL103 washing machine wont complete rinse/spin

Hi, Can someone please help, my indesit 1000 wIL103 does not complete the full wash cycles. Once it gets to the rinse/spin cycles two LED's flash and the machine chugs until it stops.

On my long departed Indesit, the filter was behind the lower panel at the bottom of the machine. The panel could be prised off, to reveal the filter cover behind.
I've no idea if this is your fault though - hope it is!

kickstrip is at the bottom of machine unclip it . filter is on the right twist it off and all will be revealed .
