my Indesit dishwasher D6100 completes its cycle only to find the soap tablet still intact, but on the base of the machine. The dispenser door has opened.Why has the soap not disolved?

I have a different Indesit model from you but found exactly this problem from the beginning. I think the tablet dispenser is simply inadequate. I get by perfectly well by placing the tablet on top of the cutlery basket.
