Indesit IWDE12 Heater problem

Hi there

Ive got an Indesit washer dryer IWDE12 that isn't heating the water properly.
The water is heating up but not getting hot enough.
If I put it on a hot wash the water only gets luke warm before the rinses begin.

Is it most likely to be a board fault or am I best changing the heat element sensor first?
 
i had same problem with indesit washing machine, changed the element, now works like new ,
