Indesit Moon washing machine

Hi, I came to see an indesit moon washing machine which is not working correctly, as it goes through a washing cycle it doesn't empty the water, I tried to empty it by pressing the on/off for few seconds but the light doesn't flash and the pump doesn't start, any one had such a problem with this machine, help please

I take it you actually had a look at the pump and filter?
