The machine still seems to work but the actual door has filled with water in between the glass bowl and the outer plastic transparent cover. How on earth did this happen and how can we employ it out and stop it happening again? Model Number is PWC8128
There's a crack in the door frame on the inside. To remove the water take door off by the screws on the hinge and spit the door frame, screws are round the inner frame.

Thanks for the reply. I can't see a crack anywhere. The door seal should seal direct to the glass bowl in the door I think and I can't see a crack in that. Any other thoughts?
