Washing machine fills and goes through the cycle and the programme dial clicks through each step ( the machine is making all the right noises during this) but the drum does not move at all. Any help greatly appreciated.

Will the drum turn if you open the door and try to turn it manually
Has the belt broken
Possibly carbon brushes on the motor, but if it sounds like its turning it probably is.
Also possibly fault module.
