We've just moved house and plumbed in the washer to find that (after a bit of trial and error) the drum won't rotate with water in it!
Have tried other programs first and found that:
It drains the water ok so the pump works fine and it's not blocked.
It will do a spin cycle with and without clothes in it so the motors ok.
It is a second hand W/D given to us about a year ago so as such we have no manual for it and the dryer doesn't work (but that's never bothered us)
Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated!
