Indesit WI101 just died

My Indesit WI101 was doing its wash but when I went to empty it later I realised that it had stopped working somewhere along the way. There was dirty water in the drum (which I have been able to get out and the clothes) but now it doesnt work at all and the power indicator light doesnt come on. Have checked the plug, fuse, socket etc. and they are all Ok. :? HELP PLEASE
