This started as an intermittent problem and is now permanent.
The washer does not progess from the wash cycle, it stays in this phase. Even if the machine is turned off and re-set to rinse of spin it still carries on in the wash phase.
I have checked the filter on the front and the drain pipe is at the correct height.
Is any body able to shed any light to help me with this?
