Indesit WIA121 washing machine - noisy spin cycle

My washing machine sounded like it was going to take off during a long spin cycle. After letting the cycle finish (and removing the ear plugs!!) to get the door open the drum feels looser than normal and moves with me pushing it without much effort.

Does anyone know what the problem could be, and is it something I could fix myself? The machine is just over 3 years old.

That means the bearings have failed but nothing you can do it's a sealed tank it means a new drum at a cost of 100.00 quid.
