I have just had some Raj Green sawn & honed Indian stone laid & unfortunately a mix of spot & ring bedding was used in some areas. The stones were laid Saturday afternoon & I noticed the tell tale staining showing early this morning (Monday) - pictures attached. A lot of the staining had almost completely faded by this evening, however I know if I left them down it would only get worse, so I've lifted them all this evening.
My question is, by lifting them fairly quickly after them being laid, is there any hope that if I have them laid again on a full bed, the staining wouldn't come back or is that wishful thinking? Also, as you can see, there were some flags that were ring bedded but were not actually showing any staining on the surface this morning, I am hoping there will be a greater chance these can be reused?
Thanks
