hiya i need to build an inner cavity out of some kind a building block i have seen various types of block about but am unsure which type to use .It is the inner skin on an outside wall advice would be apreciated thanks,

inner leaf cavity wall does adjoin back door so gotta support lintel and will be straight plastered or plasterboarded. thanks
