Hi all, hope you are well. We currently have an extension underway and it appears the dpm will be a good bit higher than the finished floor level (almost a block higher). I assume they have got this wrong due to sloping ground and having to add a cavity tray.

The builder is no longer with us, but I am looking at how to finish this off. I assume dot and dab will not stick the plasterboard correctly and nailing it down will cause holes in the membrane.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Cheers
