Grant vortex utility system boiler 26/36 and an Ariston 210 primo cylinder. fully fitted and old boiler and loft tanks removed. Is £ 5250 excessive?. Looks like labour costs are more than for equipment.

If reasonable is the above boiler and tank big enough for 19 rads and 2 baths

£5250 if inc vat is a fair price for a quality job.

No doubt you will always find a cheaper quote but not normally from reputable installers. As for pricing material on the internet any shortage or returns will be down to yourself, and no genuine installer will want to provide any guarantee on the products.

The boiler and cylinder shouldl be sufficient for your requirement, the installer should have calculated that already

You need to check if the installer is Oftec registered and that he/she is qualified to install unvented cylinders.

Don't you trust your installer?

If not, then why did you ask him/her to do the work?

Looks like labour costs are more than for equipment.
Looks like but aren't, or looks like and are?

If reasonable is the above boiler and tank big enough for 19 rads and 2 baths
Again, don't you trust your installer?

fair price depends on the amount of work involved and ease of access and if they have to work with you in the house etc etc
Every job is different. Ask to see a couple of their other jobs locally see if you are happy with their work and the other customers are too.
