Installing a new radiator and Valve Taolpieces

Hi,

I am installing a new vertical radiator and I am going to buy the following Valves;

Does the above come with a valve tailpiece that goes into the radiator? and if so how many wraps of PTFE tape should i put on before putting it in?

also what about the locksheild? Do i just ensure that this is open at all time?

useally about 8 wraps depending on rad

tails come with the valve.
locksheild you use to balance rad into system.
