Installing a Shower Room in garden Outhouse - Advice please?

Hi,

I am planning on converting a outhouse at the back of the garden into a gym.
Would really like to install a shower room with toilet.

Questions I have are:

1) How deep underground do I need to lay the waterpipe from the house to the back ?
2) What underground pipes are best to use?
3) When I bring the waste back from the outhouse to the soil pipe what gradient do I need to use?
4) Seeing as the distance from soil pipe to outhouse is approx 80ft would I need to use a macerator (like saniflo)?

Has anyone tackled this project before? If so any general tips?

... I am only planning to take cold water to the outhouse...
I'm assuming I can use an electric shower to heat water...

Get someone to draw up proper plans and submit them to building control.
