i have a toilet downstairs with asoil pipe that travels horizontally along the floor for about 1metre before going underground to the septic tank. I would like to install a toilet upstairs almost straight above it. Can i take a new soil pipe from upstairs, come straight down and connect to the horizontal ish part of the existing soil pipe.
