Installing two, 2 gang touch metal light swithes.

Hello,

I recently bought two, 2 gang metal faced, touch, light switches via eBay. Does anyone have any information on how to wire for the US (assuming: (B)lack = Hot, (W)hite = Neutral, 'Other Color' - OC = Common, Copper = Ground (earth)? The application is for a hallway.

The L1 and L2 ports (I am assuming for travelers) are clearly marked. I am not sure about (C) common (there doesn't seem to be a port like L1 and L2). The only other place with a screw seems to be for assembly purposes only, not electrical. The current toggle switches have a clearly visible common terminal.

I am pretty sure I can connect ground (earth) to the metal receptacle in the wall and the travelers (B and W) to L1 and L2. How do I connect the common wire (OC) for two way switched operation?
