I'm replacing the wall lights in my bedroom. Coming from the wall there is a black wire, a green/yellow and TWO reds. How do I deal with the two reds? I was expecting only one. It is ages since I took off the previous wall lights and I did not pay attention to how they had been wired!

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Is it single core cables or twin and earth? Have you got a multimeter you could use/borrow? If not you could try connecting the 2 reds in to L, the black in to N, and the green + yellow to the earth, Make sure power is off 1st when dealing with the circuit, You can let us know what happens.
