Installing worktop back to front

Hi - strange question, but …..

I have the chance to purchase worktop to replace my current (which has been damaged) at a greatly reduced price - only issue is I have a curved cupboard at the end of a run and this worktop IS NOT flat / square edge.

Ir does come with full lengths of edging strip, so I was wondering if I could install it back to front - if that makes sense ?

Any thoughts would be most appreciated

It doesn't come with fit this way round only instructions, so yes but it will not look good with edging strip imo.
