instant concrete wall foundations

since that picture was taken, I have removed the majority of the old foundation. So the new wall will be single skin and tied to the retaining wall. Depth of trench will be dug to around 30cm.

I want the simplest method possible to make the concrete base. I considered ready mix, but access is an issue so I don't think its possible.

I checked out pre mixed to be mixed in a mixer (which I have).

Then I saw the instant version:

Looks much easier, because it can be put in dry and watter added after.

Anyone got any thoughts if the instant one is suitable etc..? Anyone actually used it?
 
I personally have never used instant concrete or bagged mixes, and would not endorse their usage for anything other than filling post holes. I particularly have little faith in the idea that you put a dry mixture into a hole then add the water after.

To achieve the best results, mix ballast and sand yourself using a 6:1 ratio adding enough water to ensure all is thoroughly mixed together. This will give you maximum strength concrete.
