I recently installed a Quooker Instant Hot water tap which worked for a few months. However the tap now vibrates like mad and makes a right din when we flush the toilet, the washing machine or shower is on or a tap is turned on. I think it's the water pressure but don't know what to do about it? Can anyone help? Thanks
