I've got a Baxi Combi Instant 80 HE but the hot water is not so instant. I have the preheat turned on and get a very small amount of hot water when we turn a tap on, then it runs cold unless I run another tap, e.g. the bath tap to improve the flow. I'm not aware of a drop in water pressure in the area so any ideas please?
