Baxi Combi Instant 105e: Hot Water only for high demand

Hi

My Baxi Combi Instant 105e doesn't kick off the hot water unless there is a really high demand of water e.g.: my power shower won't do it but power shower + one hot tap will make it start (tap led switches on and hot water flows). Once started the debit can be decreased; the boiler will still provide hot water.

Any idea what can be wrong?

Hello

Bought the diaphragm from www.hecas.co.uk (£9.06). Ordered it at lunchtime Monday and received it Tuesday!
Fitted it in the boiled that has since worked perfectly well !
