Instruction manual for Worcester 9.24 - R.S.F electronic

Can anyone help me with a manual or advice for my Worcester 9.24 - R.S.F electronic combi boiler the gas council number on it is 47-311-66
The fault is that although the pilot light comes on the boiler does not fire up for either heating or hot water.

To update, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the gas valve assembly on the left hand side of the boiler, gave it a few light taps with a screwdriver handle and the boiler burst into life. If anyone does have a user manual though I would appreciate it.
