Hi All,
I have a 5 year-old 210 litre OSO 20 RI unvented water heater.
The cylinder now only runs the showers in the house for about 15 minutes total (normal showers with fairly modest flow) before they run cold.
My prior experience of the OSO was that under normal conditions it didn't run cold - it had enough hot water for the whole house and with a 26 kW coil it reheated as quickly as it emptied.
I wondered if there was a problem with the cylinder thermostat - obviously if the temperature of the water in the cylinder is down then more is needed for a warm shower - but initial hot water temperature at the taps seems plenty hot to me.
Any reasons why the cylinder might no longer be heating its full 210 litres? Seems a little strange.
