I have a garden building that I am insulating. I am not the greatest DIYer ever and I am scared I screw up the moisture part. The exterior walls are 44MM timber and I am using a foilbacked bubble wrap type insulation. I have put up battons and now am planning to staple the insulation in place, then cover with thin wood panelling. What should I do for moisture? Should I
1) paint all of the interior walls with damp seal before I start
2) add a breathable membrane

or both. Or neither. Or something else I havent thought of.

thansk in advance for the help!
