We have a sunroom which was built many years ago with a solid concrete floor and no insulation. We've always had carpet laid but as it needs renewing I was hoping that there is a product which could provide a cold barrier between the concrete and carpet underlay. I know it's a long shot but something just to slow the loose of heat would be great.

How much level difference can you put up with?
You would need to lay insulation under the carpet
This means that you could have a step up into the room and or a step down to the outside (which you likely have.
It could be a small step with minimal insulation or a bigger step with greater insulation

Efficient insulation can be thinner for a given value but it’s a balance
Look at kings pan type first
