Insulating Floor on Garden office

Hi, I have a garden office that is constructed from OSB panels. They are a kind of sandwich of Kingspan foam between the 2 osb layers.

Last winter I found the floor quite cold when working in there, so was looking to put an additional insulation layer in and adding thick floor tiles over it (I need something durable as the office chair wrecks laminate)

My question - I was looking at something like Klima board as an option as it's rigid. (either 6mm or 10mm)

Will I need to put any moisture barrier in-between? I had planned to screw the Klima board to the OSB.

Also, I have some cement board left over from some tiling jobs. Could this be used instead to save my costs? I'm looking at it and thinking it can't be a bad option unless it's not really helping the insulation issue.

thanks
