just got a new workshop and its metal due to BRegs and PP in relation to location.
I plan to insulate the walls and ceilings. The ceiling is double layered so may not suffer as much to condensation but i still wish to insulate.
The walls i plan to ply line after. The box section is 30mm.
Will a 30mm rock wool slab suffice although I'm worried about it getting wet, not sure why thou. Or will celotex be the better but more expensive option.
