Insulating roof of bay window

Hello

I have access to insulate my 1930s bay window flat roof from inside as i am re-boarding/plastering the living room. A few questions:

1. Should i use mineral wool or celotex type insulation? (I have plenty of foil wrapped mineral wool type if this is ok.)

2. Will i be required to fit any ventilation? This could be easily done by fitting vents into bay fascia boards.

3. Should i use foil backed plaster board?

The bay roof is leaded on the outside.

Any help much appreciated.

Just use the insulation you have,the foil backed stuff,no need to go out and buy any.I really would not bother with vents,no need.
