Insulating under corrugated roofing.

This question is for myself and a friend - we both have the same incipient problem.

I'm building a new workshop - he's converting a double garage into a workshop. Both roofs are/will be corrugated and are both in the 5m x 3m general size. What's the best way to insulate please.

You can buy doubled skinned plastic coated metal it has square corrugates , has 2 or 3 inches of foam insulation between the skins.I think the trade name is plastosol you can get them almost any length you require
