insulation shed roof

Hi all

I want to insulate and plaster board my shed.

Can I use loft insulation between the rafters and board against them?

rafters are 5x2, what thickness mineral rool should I use?

Squash 2 layers of 100mm in there, use foil backed plasterboard.

What is the need for ply?

Could I just use kingspan boards and then plasterboard it?

IF the shed is likely to be damp at all plasterboard is not recommended.

Well it has tiled roof with membrane underneath

Made out of 6" concrete blocks which are going to be rendered and then painted
