Integral Garage Wall Insulation

Hi,

The internal walls of my integral garage are single block width - I assume I can line the walls on the garage side to stop heat loss from the rest of the house, can anyone recommend the appropriate board?

Also the ceiling of the garage is just plaster board - what is the best approach to insulate the ceiling?

walls can be dot n' dabbed with styrofoam backed plasterboards.
the ceiling void can be packed with 140mm celotex.
if you want to go the whole way, you could underdraw with 25mm celotex and re fix the boards to the joists and through the celotex, using 60mm fixings.
