Integrated AEG microwave/oven tripping RCD

Hi, I have an AEG integrated microwave oven (micromat combi). When it is switched on the clock displays fine. When I turn the oven on it goes for approx 20 secs and then trips the RCD. When I reset it and try with the microwave it again goes for approx 20 secs then trips.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't know whether I should be calling an electrician or an appliance repair man.

Have you got it set to "grill", it sounds like an element may have failed. Some electricians might look at it for you but an appliance specialist would be your best bet.

Thank you very much for your response. It's odd as both the microwave and oven both cause the issue. I'll call a repair man.
