Intellisense 800L alarm

I have forgotten the code for my alarm and just tried to reset it by disconnecting both mains and battery, now the alarm won’t stop, the outside sounder has stopped but inside I’ve had to disconnect the bell to quieten it. There are no lights on the keypad now either.
I tried both the default code and engineer code but nothing is happening.
Any ideas?

cant do much without power?

the installers manual can be found online and that has defaulting instructions.

I’ve conected the power back up and tried to follow the instructions but nothing seems to be working. I’ve got the bell disconnected just to stop the noise.
